The 'Enterprise Agile AI assistant' is a chatbot, which is capable of using generative AI to respond to questions. It is intended to demonstrate the behaviour of generative AI, for marketing purposes. It is not to be used for any other purpose. 

The chatbot is a 'Copilot', which is a product built and hosted by Microsoft, a third party.

BJSS does not guarantee the availability of this chatbot. It may be removed at any time.

The privacy policy for the BJSS website describes how BJSS handles the types of information to which data protection regulations apply. BJSS does not use the chatbot to collect such information.

The text that you submit to the chatbot may be stored by BJSS and/or Microsoft and may be shared with third parties. Users must not submit any type of information that carries legal implications for its storage, processing, or sharing. For example, users must not submit personal, sensitive or secret information to the chatbot, like names, addresses or intellectual property. It is the user's responsibility to refrain from submitting such information.

Content generated by the chatbot

The chatbot generates some of its responses by using a 'generative AI' model. Such AI models may produce content that is inaccurate or incomplete.

BJSS does not take responsibility for the content generated by the chatbot. 

The chatbot's responses must not be interpreted as advice, facts, or statements belonging to any person or organisation. The chatbot's responses must only be considered as demonstrations of the characteristics of an AI chatbot.
